How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Bobsame Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, please tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- How Bobsame Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How we used your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Still, Bobsame Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@bobsame.living and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and the outcome you would like
Our Next Steps
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then review it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
