Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use bobsame.living. This page describes how Bobsame Garage Doors works toward that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want the site to be easy to use for as many people as possible. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
What We Try to Do
To make the site easier to use, we try to:
- Give every page a clear heading structure
- Add alt text to images that carry meaning
- Pick colors with strong contrast
- Allow navigation by keyboard
- Build layouts that fit any screen size
- Use short, plain wording
- Label each form field
Where We May Miss the Mark
Some parts of the site may not meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site regularly and fix problems as we find them.
Getting Help Another Way
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to reach a provider, or email contact@bobsame.living and we will help where we can.
Tell Us What You Found
Your feedback helps us improve. Email contact@bobsame.living and tell us:
- Which page or tool gave you trouble
- What you tried and what happened
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you are willing to share
We will read your note and try to reply within a few business days.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is never finished. We keep it in mind each time we update the site.
